Vintage 1970's 'Care Enough To Chart' Ts!
Sometime in the 1970s, hundreds (literally) of "Care Enough to Chart" tees were printed, varying from toddler size (2) to a very optimistic XL. We're happy to offer these shirts at a low price (particularly in bulk), but
make sure to read these caveats carefully:
Some of these shirts are more than 30-years-old. Although they are individually packaged and sealed, small amounts of ferrous material (teeny-tiny bits of metal, invisible to the naked eye) were in the fabric from the machines that did the cotton knitting (no, really). Because of this, many of these shirts have a tiny rust spot here and there. The good news is that they mostly wash out.
Those of you used to the wonderful softness and richness of our American Apparel T-Shirts will be disappointed to find out that tees in the 70's were a bit thinner and lighter weight than they are these days. They are 100% cotton though, and feel great in the hot summers....
Additionally, people in the 1970s apparently didn't grow larger than about 200 pounds. We would normally expect an XL to drape the frame of an average sized male weighing 150 pounds; it should be flopping about. However, in the ancient age of 1970-whenever, people were smaller or something, because all of these shirts seem a little snug for your traditional sizing.
So choose wisely, but understand that we will not accept returns on clothing.
